School Sport Partnerships

Our School Sports Partnership provide a coordinated network of School Sport Managers and school sport Development Officers who work closely with schools to:

  • enhance the delivery of the PE curriculum
  • increase Out of School Hours learning
  • engage in the national Active Lives survey and the Healthy Schools rating scheme
  • effectively utilise the PE and School Sport Premium funding
  • support teacher's continuous professional development
  • develop Intra-School and Inter-School Competitions through the School Games programme
  • develop young leaders and the future sporting workforce
