Northamptonshire Sport would like to try and gain an understanding of female coaches; their motivations and their experiences, as well as those who may be interested in becoming a coach.

Whether you coach, instruct, teach, or lead a sport or physical activity on a regular basis or infrequently we would like to hear from you. Likewise, we would also like to hear from females who are interested in becoming a coach activator or instructor.

It should only take a few minutes to complete the survey and at the end you will be entered into a prize draw to win a £25 shopping voucher

Coaches at all levels require support, someone to talk to helping them feel at ease with their coaching to reduce and overcome barriers and challenges that they may face. A coaching buddy is a form of two way peer to peer mentoring, essentially having a chat about your coaching with a likeminded person; over the phone, over a coffee or on facebook. The medium of communication is up to you. The role of a buddy can be wide ranging and extremely helpful. The buddy scheme is new to Northamptonshire, one that we are developing to help coaches across the county.
