Kings Sutton & Blisworth Come & Try Days!

If you're a resident of Kings Sutton or Blisworth – we want to hear from you! Northamptonshire Sport and Cherwell and South Northants Council Leisure Team are working together to try and create some new sports and physical activity opportunities into the village for those that are currently inactive and would like a helping hand.

Date: Wednesday 24th October

Time: 10am – 2pm

Venue: Memorial Hall, Kings Sutton

Activities on offer include health checks, taster circuit class, multi sports sessions, a dementia and Alzheimer's officer, a skills 4u course leaders, a yoga taster's session, a health walk taster session and more! So come and have a go at a circuit class, speak to a course leader about what courses are available to people in the community, get your blood pressure checked and let us know what you'd like to see in Kings Sutton.

Date: Thursday 25th October

Time: 10am – 2pm

Venue: Village Hall, Blisworth

Activities on offer include walking football, health checks, short mat bowls taster, circuit class taster sessions, multi sports sessions and a health walk taster session. So come and have a go at walking football, get your blood pressure checked, try some short mat bowls and let us know what you'd like to see in Blisworth.

The day is free and is open to all ages, so whether you're 5 or 95 – pop along!
