Northamptonshire Hard of Hearing Football Awareness Day

Following the successful development of the Peterborough United Deaf Football Club in 2014, this year Northants Football Association (NFA), Northampton Town Football in the Community, and Northamptonshire Sport are now working together to develop a Hard of Hearing Football Club in Northamptonshire.

As part of this development Northampton Town are hosting a free Hard of Hearing Awareness Day on Saturday the 28th March for anyone with a hearing impairment aged 11+.

The day will include a coaching session at Malcom Arnold led by Northampton Town coaches, a presentation with special guests and a chance to have photos on the pitch at the Northampton Town Vs Luton Town FC game at Sixfields Stadium for which all attendees will be able to get up to 2 free tickets for.

Places for the event can be booked on the Northamptonshire Sport booking page.

For more information on the Hard of Hearing Awareness day contact Northants FA's Disability Development Officer Amber Wildgust either by email amber.wildgust@northantsfa.com or by phone 07474 200720.
