Resources for health professionals to help get patients moving more.
Research by 15 major health charities revealed that 1 in 4 people would be more active if advised by a GP or nurse. This makes health professionals ideal advocates for physical activity. However 75% of GPs feel they lack the knowledge, skills or confidence to speak about physical activity.
We need your help to get people moving more. So we have created this page to help you have healthy conversations about being active with your patients.
