Why not join our group walks?

Our Group Walks are for those who have completed the technique course and want to meet regularly with other Nordic Walkers to take part in motivating sessions which are fun, varied and sociable.

Our group walks are held at various locations around the county are led by one of our qualified Nordic Walking UK Community Leaders.

The cost for each walk varies. Some walks are FREE whilst for others there is a nominal charge.

To attend any of the walks listed you will be required to present your Freedom Card to demonstrate to the leader that you have completed the technique course. If it is your first time at that walk you will also be required to complete a Health Questionnaire so please arrive 5 minutes before the session to complete this.

If you intend to join one of the Group Walks please contact the leader 48 hours before the walk to confirm your attendance. Therefore if there any changes to the walk the leader can contact you to let you know.
