A women only boxing session at Far Cotton Boxing Club. Learn to box, get fit, have fun!

We are a new boxing fitness group,

started by Boxing Coach and Personal Trainer

Colin Toal in January 2015 to allow Women of any ability to train in a boxing gym.

A Ladies only session designed to teach Women how to box either for fitness and weight loss or to actually box competitively.

As an Amateur boxing coach I have had experience coaching and cornering Women/Girls and Men/Boys of all age groups and abilities from their first day, through to competition.

Recent years have seen more Girls and Women of all ages getting involved, from fitness seekers to those entering White Collar charity events and some going on to compete as top level Amateurs.

The popularity was boosted by the success of Great Britains Nicola Adams, who, during the Summer Olypics of 2012 became the first Woman to win an Olympic boxing title!
