Weekend Learn 2 Nordic Walk Workshops offer you the chance to do your Training at the weekend. I have other dates available but you would need to check my website for details www.nordicwalkingnorthampton.com You will learn how to use the poles correctly to maximise the benefits of this amazing activity, and then do a short walk to put it all into practice. Poles are provided for the training.

Nordic walking is an amazing way to lose weight, get fitter and to meet new people with a love for the great outdoors. As Nordic walking is Low Impact it is suitable for all shapes, sizes, ages and fitness levels, it really is an Exercise for Everyone. I will teach you how to use the poles correctly so you will use 90% of your muscles and burn up to 46% more calories than walking without poles. Nordic Walking burns the same calories as jogging but without the high impact through your joints. It will not only help with your weight loss but also improve your mood & posture whilst relieving tension in the shoulders & neck.
