We know that fundamentals movement skills are important in developing well rounded sports people and you often hear world class coaches use the terms back to basics, but what does it mean?
This breakfast workshop will explore some of these key principles and show how understanding good movement, conditioning and skill acquisition can help you develop your teams and all of your players / performers.
Scott Grace (workshop deliver), has coached from grass roots to the elite level in athletics and is currently the Lead for Youth and Schools development in England Athletics. Prior to this, Scott worked with sports coach UK (now UK Coaching), helping develop their fundamentals of movement suite. Scott has extensive coaching, delivery and resource development experience and has for many years provided advise to other sports and coaches on how to develop speed, power and movement skills.
