Northamptonshire Workforce Framework

Sport England has tasked all of the County Sports Partnerships in the country to develop a Workforce framework over the next 6 months (September 17-March 18). This framework will help support the development of coaches, activators and leaders throughout the county and could guide Northamptonshire Sport's future workforce development plans.

In order to develop this framework, we are looking to find out more about the current 'workforce' in the county - who they are and what they do. Therefore we are asking as many people as possible to complete the very short survey below to help us gather this information and inform our decision making for the future.

We are using the term 'Workforce' as in this changing landscape we find that this better takes into account all of the different guises of those people who enable physical activity to take place. This could include a Coach, Activator, Leader, Facilitator or Volunteer.

The survey collection will end on Friday 24th November 2017 and as our way of saying thank you for your time, you will automatically be entered into a prize draw with the opportunity to win a £50 Amazon voucher!

To complete the survey, please click below:.

Your information will be held by Northamptonshire Sport, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. It will be used to evaluate the Workforce development plans across
Northamptonshire and individuals information will not be shared with third parties.
