You will be guided through a progressive programme of gentle walking and jogging all led by a qualified Jog Leader, so whether you just want a little help to get started, want the safety of a group run, train for an event or like the social part of meeting others whilst getting active then one of our Jog Northants groups could be for you!
All beginner groups part of 'Jog Northants' - Northamptonshire's recreational running programme which aims to encourage people to become fitter and be more active by starting to jog on a regular basis with people of similar fitness levels. Since it started Jog Northants has helped over 5000 people get fitter and healthier.
