Huncote Harriers AC - Enderby Couch to 5k Group
Whether you want to lose weight, train for an event, or simply enjoy exercising with friendly people whilst exploring your local area, our beginners running group offers something for everyone.
As the name suggests, we aim to take you from an absolute beginner with no running experience, to being able to complete a 5 kilometre run at the end of the course, and have fun doing it!
Tuesdays (Huncote) and Thursdays (Enderby), 6.00pm. New Couch 2 5k Group starts on 13th June for 9 weeks for £10 (which will be deducted from your club membership if you join after completion of the course).
If you are a complete beginner to running with a low level of fitness, where you can, try and start within the first 2 weeks. However if you have a base level of fitness you will be able to pick up further along the weeks - ask the Run Leader for more advice.
