Schools, Families, Sports and Youth Clubs across Northamptonshire will be able to join in with our Active Advent Calendar this December.
As part of our work to encourage children (and adults) to be active for 60 minutes a day, the Active Advent Calendar contains a whole range of different physical and creative challenges lasting between 30 seconds and 15 minutes. All of the activities are provided as a guide but can be adapted to suit the space and equipment available and number of people taking part.

How do we enter the competition?
To be in with a chance of winning, all you need to do is the following:
1) Download our Active Advent Calendar
2) Complete any of the 24 #NsportActiveAdvent challenges and activities
3) Follow the Northamptonshire Sport Facebook or Twitter page and share a photo or video of you completing the challenge using #NsportActiveAdvent
