This is a minimal contact sport for over 50s for those unable to play running football due to fitness and health levels.
If you're still fit enough for normal soccer then, well done but this club probably isn’t for you.
Please arrive 30 mins earlier than KO for: Rules, regs, subs, pitch set up, allocate teams and WARM-UP (to reduce injuries!) and so ensure we have a full hour. Subs: Monday 6.45-8.15pm - £4/£3
Tuesdays & Fridays 11am-12noon £2.
