Class participants range in age from mid-forties to eighty, and the sessions are tailored to suit the ability levels of the attendees.

This is a minimal contact sport for over 50s (men and women) for those unable to play running football due to fitness and health levels. If you're still fit enough for normal soccer then, well done but, this club probably isn’t for you. Please arrive 15-30 mins earlier than KO for: Rules, & regs, pay subs, allocate teams, WARM-UP to reduce injuries! and ensure we have a full hour. Subs: Tuesdays / Fridays just £2 (On Mondays £4/£3).
