Health Walks

Walking is a perfect way to improve your health and lose weight and what's more anyone can do it. Walking can be done anywhere, its free and you don't need and special equipment to take part.
Group walks or 'Health Walks' as thay are known provide an ideal opportunity to walk with like minded people and give you the motivation to take part. Health walks are led by fully trained leaders and are held in many areas around Northamptonshire.
