High 5 Netball
High 5 Netball is primarily aimed at 7 - 11 year olds, both boys and girls. It adapts the game of netball in order to make it more enjoyable, easier for all the players to be involved and to develop a range of skills.

Roles of the players
Whilst the players are not on the court, in the positions listed above they can take on a number of other roles:-
- Scorer
- Timekeeper or
- Centre pass marker
Adaptations
For the game to be made easier and more enjoyable the following adaptations are made:
- 5 players are on the court at any one time, instead of 7 players
- Duration becomes 4 x 6 minute quarters
- Ball is a size 4 ball
- 9ft posts are used
- The 3-second rule becomes a 4-second rule
- When defending a pass/shot a player can only jump once
- Players rotate positions regularly in order to adapt skills, to different positions
