Whole Sports Plans
In 2005, Sport England required National Governing Bodies of Sport to produce Whole Sport Plans, which detailed how that sport would be developed, from play ground to podium.
As a result, Northamptonshire Sport has changed how its uses the Active Sports programme to ensure the targets contained within Whole Sports Plans are achieved.
Whole Sports Plans have also provided Northamptonshire Sport with the opportunity to work with other sports and over the next few months, new plans will be produced to direct the development of sport in the county.
