District Cricket Development Coaches

Northants Recreational Cricket is planning to enhance its representation in each of the four Districts within the County. It is currently recruiting three District Development Coaches. The successful candidates will work as part of the Development Team and will be involved in coaching from grassroots, in both schools and clubs, to district level on various development programmes as well as delivering 1:1 coaching.

They will work closely with the School Sports Partnerships, District Development Groups and Clubs within an appointed District.

Applicants need to be enthusiastic self starters with good interpersonal and communication skills as well as have a minimum of an ECB Coach (UKCC2) qualification.  Transport and a driving licence entitling the holder to drive in the UK are also essential.

The appointment is subject to a satisfactory enhanced Criminal Records Bureau Check.

The post involves working flexible hours including both evenings and weekends.
