Nordic Walking

Hate going to the gym? Do you prefer to exercise outdoors?

If the answer is YES to any of these questions then you might want to consider Nordic Walking!

What is Nordic Walking

Nordic Walking is an enhancement of walking - by using specially designed walking poles and a technique that ensures they are planted behind the body as a means of propulsion, Nordic Walking provides a gentle but effective way to work the whole body.

Originally used by cross country skiers as a way of staying fit over the summer, Nordic Walking has since become a popular activity for all with benefits including an improvement in mobility and fitness.
