Northamptonshire Sport is seeking to recruit an experienced PE and School Sport professional who has the drive and capability to further develop the Corby, Oundle and Thrapston School Sport Partnership.

Based at Prince William School, Oundle, the post holder will lead on the School Games programme, support schools with the effective utilisation of the PE and School Sport Premium, identify the training and development needs of the local teaching workforce, strategically manage the partnership of schools, generate income and new opportunities as well as improve and develop the work the Partnership does to support the health and wellbeing of children and young people within the partnership.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to work within a small but committed team and network of schools, to bring their own ideas and thoughts to the bigger county network to continue to ensure the Partnership and Northamptonshire offers our young people the very best PE and school sport provision. You must be a strategic thinker, be able to work with a variety of people, understand PE and school sport in the very broadest sense, have sound understanding of the importance of our young people being healthy and active and be committed to making an impact.
