Senior Play Ranger

Salary: £21,000 - £23,000 per annum (dependant on experience)

Cultural Community Partnerships is a Not for Profit Registered Charitable Cultural Trust working on behalf of East Northamptonshire Council.

The district has a growing population of 83,000 over an area of 256 sq miles predominantly rural in nature particularly in the northern and central parts. The southern area is more urban with four main towns.

Resulting from successful funding from the Big Lottery Children’s Play Initiative Programme we are looking to recruit a new and exciting Senior Play Ranger to deliver East Northamptonshire Council’s mobile play project.

You will be responsible for organising, leading and delivering a high quality play programme for children and young people in both urban and rural areas of East Northamptonshire for the next 3 years.

You will have: Level 1 GB sports coaching award or a Level 2 play worker or equivalent;

2 years experience of working with children/young people.

You will be: Dynamic, friendly, approachable and a good communicator.

Able to work unsociable hours and be mobile across the district.
