Cycling
Cycling is fun, affordable and is as good for the environment as it is for you. Cyclists can expect to live on average for at least 2 years longer than non cyclists. Occasional and regular cyclists enjoy a level of fitness equivalent of being 5-10 years younger.
By building cycling into your everyday life, doing some of those 'quick' journeys by bike instead of car, you will find a big improvement in how you feel physically and mentally.
If you have not been on a bike for years, however, and you have lost your confidence, or indeed you have never learnt to ride a bike then why not book on our 'Learn to Ride' programme.
