Irchester Country Park 5k Route

Sunday 23rd April 2017
11.00am start

Course Description: The first race in the series for 2017 will be Irchester Country Park. Home to a popular Winter series at one time it will be a welcome return to the venue for a fair few County runners. The course is multi terrain and will be an enjoyable one for all entrants! We are also running a childrens fun run before the start of the main event.

Car Parking: There may be a small fee for parking

Salcey Forest 5k Route

Wednesday 17th May 2017
7.30pm start

Course Description:

Venue: The picturesque Salcey Forest will this year host the second of the Northants 5k series.. We would like to thank the Forestry Commission for allowing us to host the race at Salcey again this year after a success race in 2016. Dont forget to check out Tree Top Way whilst visiting the venue.

Course Description: Multi terrain course within the Forest trails in woodland surroundings!

Car Parking: There may be a small fee for parking

Brixworth Country Park 5k Route

Friday 23rd June 2017
7.30pm start

Course Description:

Venue: New for the 2017 series is Brixworth Country Park. We would like to thank the Country Park and Anglian Water for their help in allowing us to host the first race at Brixworth and hope we can make this a regular feature in the series.

Course Description: Multi terrain course starts from Brixworth Country Park and takes a 2km loop across trails around the park followed by a 3km run across the causeway and back taking in the beautiful surroundings of the park.

Car Parking: There may be a small fee for parking

First Aid: St. John's Ambulance

Toilets: Will be available.


Delapre Park 5K Route

Wednesday 19th July 2017
7.30pm start

Venue: New for the 2017 series is Delapre Park. The route starts outside the beautiful Delapre Abbey taking in some of the grounds and around Delapre Park lake. We would like to thank Northampton Borough Council and Delapre Abbey Preservation Trust for allowing us to use this a venue for the 2017 series and hope to make this a permanent fixture for future series.

Course Description: Multi terrain course within Delapre Abbey and Delapre park trails.

Car Parking: There is parking available on site at Delapre Abbey

First Aid: St. John's Ambulance

Toilets: Will be available.
