Sports coaches play a central role in the development of sport across Northamptonshire. In order to increase sports participation, standards and the quality of activities it is essential that coaches remain up to date on key issues and techniques that will enhance the development of the coach and participant.
The following pages will assist volunteers, parents, coaches, teachers or anyone who is interested in teaching/ coaching sport to gain an understanding of the opportunities that are available to help in their development.
