Meet the female stars of our local programmes who are doing what they do, and letting nothing (not even sweat) stand in their way! They would like to inspire and encourage others to do the same.
"What I love most about Breeze is sharing new routes especially hidden parks and cycleways that you wouldn't see by car. Breeze is the perfect social introduction to cycling for women and a great way to make new friends whilst enjoying outdoor fitness for free".
Cycling is a great form of cardiovascular exercise, low impact on joints and can be a very sociable sport. Breeze is the biggest programme ever to get more women into riding bikes for fun. Our aim is to help thousands more women feel confident and comfortable about going on a ride, alternatively check out our programme of guided rides.
