Saints stars support Sport Relief

Phil Dowson and Stephen Myler have joined the list of sporting heroes and celebrities that are supporting Sport Relief in 2010.

"The Sport Relief Mile has become an event that everybody cares about because it's suitable for the whole family and the money raised really helps people in need," said Dowson. "I hope all of our fans will register for the Northampton event and, to support just how important taking part in sport is, they could all wear their Saints shirts!"

The one mile route is a challenge full of fun and the perfect distance for kids and families! It's for everyone who wants to raise cash and have a laugh. Three miles is the way to go for those who want to step it up a notch or get competitive by racing friends or family to get the sponsorship cash rolling in. The toughest challenge, six miles, is for those who really want to go the distance and raise tons of cash for people less fortunate than themselves.
Once again Northamptonshire is fully behind the campaign with seven Sport Relief Miles taking place in all seven districts.
