Community Leadership Academy : Make it happen!

The Community Leadership Academy programme is a Northamptonshire Sport initiative established to support volunteers to develop as sports leaders and begin an involvement in community volunteering.

We are looking for organisations within Northamptonshire to facilitate a leadership academy that aims to:

• Increase the number of volunteers accessing generic or sport specific leadership training across the county.
• Reinforce pathways for leaders to access high quality voluntary placements in the community and progress into sports volunteering.
•  Strengthen thesports volunteer workforce across the county.
