Sporting Volunteers Programme
- This programme links with the University of Northampton and Secondary Schools across the county, as well as local sports clubs, to train young sports leaders and to support them to use thier skills in the community.
- It aims to increase the number of volunteers entering sport as a coach, official, or administrator and provide them with a quality volunteer placement.
- The programme has developed a sports Leadership academy, based at the University of Northampton. It provides a programme of training and support to youung people in sixth form at school.
