Lifetime Launch
Age Concern are launching their new Lifetime Centres with a week of taster sessions from 29th Sept-3rd October.
The open days are throughout Northampton and there is something for everyone ranging from arts and craft, dominoes and bingo, cooking and singing and for the more agile, armchair exercises, yoga and dancing.
If you have a spare morning or afternoon then this is a good way to get out the house, get active and meet new people.
