Club Development Road Shows
Road show dates for 2008.
Following the huge success of last years road shows, which were attended by over 120 volunteers from over 40 sports clubs a new series has been planned.
The road shows aim to provide sports clubs with a co-ordinated update on club development support and initiatives. They will provide essential information to ensure that clubs are familiar with the latest tools and initiatives which can assist them in providing safe, quality activites and in achieving their full potential.
The first two road shows to run are as follows:
Northampton:
Monday 11th February: 6 pm -10pm at The Park Inn Hotel, Northampton
Workshops running are:
How to Recruit, Train and Retain Volunteers, Club Accreditation, School Club Links
Daventry:
Monday 25th February: 6.30pm - 9.30pm at Daventry District Council Offices
Workshops: Club Accreditation, Funding & School Club Links
Wellingborough:
Thursday 28th February; 7pm - 9.30pm at Old Grammarians Sports Ground, Wellingborough
Workshops: TBA
South Northants:
Monday 17th March: 6pm - 9pm at Brackley Town Football Club
Workshop: School Club Links & the 5 Hour Offer, Funding, The Growth Agenda
